Glazier Requirements a. 2-5-years’ experience as a glazier. b. Installing various storefront and curtain wall systems c. Ability to read shop drawings and identify installation method and material identification d. Ability to install aluminum storefront, all glass, sliding and bi-folding doors e. Ability to troubleshoot door malfunction issues and find solutions f. Experience with door hardware both non electrified and electrified g. Ability to install glass railing h. Ability to install panel façade systems. i. Has own tools j. Can pass a drug test Glazing Foreman Requirements a. 2-3-year experience as a Glazing Foreman (preferred). b. Creating teams within the project crew providing teams with installation goals per day and per week. c. Working with the crew lead men to overcome obstacles. Communicate with project team any challenges encountered. d. Receiving and quality control checks on material deliveries. e. Daily quality control checks on installation. f. Working with the PM/CEO on installation budget and managing to it. g. Identify and make corrections to doors to include hardware. h. Fill out daily timecards and send into the office via tablet. i. Coordinate and oversee crew meeting and required product knowledge reviews. j. Layout elevations k. Work with Superintendent to release glass and aluminum
