Description
Earlier this month, I brought in a stray kitten in my neighborhood that I thought would be a good addition to my household, but I was wrong.
She is about 1 1/2 years old according to the vet.
I took her to Banfield Vet Hospital in Portland, got her microchipped, all her shots up2date, and a general exam.
She was already fixed.
The kitten is relatively tiny, weighing less than 6pounds.
She has gained a little weight and filled out a bit from being fed regularly (indoor formula dry cat food).
I do not give any of my animals human food, and she is not too interested in the treats.
One-on-one, she is a lap cat and does like to give head butts, kisses and cuddles, so I think she would be best suited for a family that wants only one pet.
Both the vet and I think she was a family pet and was abandoned in my area.
I really would like her to go to a good home, and not just be a "holiday pet" since it is Halloween season.
Again, she is up2date on her shots, fixed, and microchipped.
I have all her information in a folder for the new family.
In no way am I asking a rehoming fee, but only to take over the contract with the HomeAgain microchip company (yearly membership is $21.99).
I named her "Lizzie," as I was listening to Halestorm when I decided to initially rescue her from life on the streets.
She honestly is a good cat, but not for my household.
I have two older, larger, (fixed) males that are bonded, and they are not getting along at all. :-(
Even if you (the person reading this), are not interested, please pass this information to whomever may be seriously interested.
Thanks in advance!
