New Dedicated Drywall Repair company launched first van of 40 across Florida. We're looking for the right person that can not only perform our specific repair processes and service call procedures now, but can grow with the company to head up 40 wall techs, training and quality across the state over the next 4 years. The right person willing to grow and earn it will have the opportunity to make $150-$200k+ per year, plus revenue sharing. Drywall repair experience is NOT required, but helpful. The right person will have the following experience, character traits: - self motivated - success minded - attention to detail - can follow processes - good driving record - leadership/training experience - experience working with hands (construction, drywall, mechanic, etc) - good with technology, laptop, email and mobile apps. - follows instructions - understands exemplary customer service If you are looking for a huge opportunity in Florida, this is your shot.
