Aloha! We are a landscaping company looking for reliable and motivated people that would like the chance to work for a successful landscaping company. Currently, we have 6 departments: installation, environmental, maintenance, trees, irrigation, and synthetic turf. The candidate will be working with our installation department, primarily. However, we like to support our teams equally and some cross-over may be needed. Duties and responsibilities include: Operating small landscape machinery with precision and care (string trimmer, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, mower, chainsaw, etc.) Installation of plants, irrigation, pavers, stepping stones, fences, rock borders, lighting Digging, hauling material, trenching, grading, clearing, pruning Cleaning and maintaining company equipment Keeping the job site neat and organized Promoting a positive company image while interacting with crew members and clients Requirements: - Must have a valid driver's license. - Must have reliable transportation. - Must be in Oahu at the moment of the interview. - Must be detailed oriented. - Be able to meet at the job site or in Waimanalo. - Heavy lifting is required, a minimum of 50 pounds - Be available Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm - Great work ethic. - Self-motivated and responsible. - Get along well in a group setting. - Follow directions and have an understanding of the next steps.
