WHAT YOU'LL DO Your #1 goal will be providing a positive moving experience for our customers. Drivers (and Movers) safely load and unload customers’ belongings, and maintain an open line of communication with one another and the customer throughout the move. Your primary responsibilities include: Providing top notch customer service throughout the entire move Ensuring a positive first impression with the customer upon arrival Completing a walk-through of the premise Communicating in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing Assisting with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory In addition, our Drivers must: Act as the Team Leader for the moving team, executing a game plan for the move Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory Complete the move paperwork and handle customer payment Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations Experience in general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly and/or warehouse helpful, but not necessary.
