Positions Available: • Maintenance Techs • Carpenters • Painters • Supervisors • Traveling (National) Maintenance Techs & Residential Remodelers Position Details: Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • All facets of apartment make ready Carpenters • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing Painters • Knowledge and ability to perform interior and exterior wall repairs to various wall types such as drywall, wire lath and plaster and stucco. • Job site preparation-unloading tools, laying out drop cloths or paper to protect ground surfaces • Daily site clean-up AND MORE!
