Looking for a relief porter to fill in for vacations and primarily HOLIDAYS at a luxury Condominium on the Upper West side. The correct candidate needs to have a background in building maintenance, customer service, and facilities management is a bonus. As relief you would be on call whenever the full time staff were to call out sick, take vacation, or observe a holiday. The responsibilities included but not limited to, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, polishing, organizing & whatever task may arise while on shift. As porter, you would also be responsible for covering lunch/dinner for the front desk staff. Therefore must be trustworthy, presentable & well spoken. Again, this is a relief position. Meaning some weeks you may work 0 hours, other weeks you may work 40. This position is good for someone with part time work or a student looking to make some extra hours in their spare time.
