This position takes place at Ridge Hill. Assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established standards are met via work order system. Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed. Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing Project Manager to re-order supplies. Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff and conduct monthly safety trainings. Attending meetings with Project Manager and Mall Managers. Work overtime as needed to complete projects. Drive company vehicles to transport, pick up supplies, or equipment. Vacuum, sweep, use of floor machines and mop floors as needed. Cleaning and stocking restrooms supplies. Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs. Collect and dispose of trash with porters utilizing company vehicle. Complete tasks in a timely manner. Work with maintenance to coordinate clean up after repairs. Conduct monthly vacant store survey to ensure spaces are broom swept and mopped. Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements: Experienced working supervisor Must have a drivers license and clean driving record Ability lift 50lbs Ability to stand for extended hours Effective communication skills Bilingual Spanish/English a plus+ but not required, Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 7:00AM to 3:30PM
