PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING I run a property management business with multiple buildings throughout Atlantic City, NJ. I am looking for the following- 1. Laborers 2. Crew Bosses (must have transportation to get crews to different sites) 3. General Maintenance- Need to know some plumbing, electric, paint, spackle, drywall install, demo, window install, flooring, tile work, etc. I dont need a professional in any one field but someone that is handy and has their own tools PLEASE do not waste my time. This is a growing enterprise, however the work is as needed, situation depending. If you have qualifications of those listed above please contact me, however I need to know what you can and can not do. Pay is based on several factors and will be discussed prior to starting with room to advance depending on how it goes.
