SHOP WORKER / TECHNICIAN $4000 Bonuses

$4000 Hire and Retention Bonuses ($1000 after 60 days, $3000 after 1 year working) Materials Development Corporation is a growing company located in Andover, MA with a need for a full time employee to work in a manufacturing type environment. Excellent work environment with low turn-over. Duties Include: 1. Cleaning and Prepping Customer parts for production 2. Production operations with on-the-job training 3. General cleanup of shop 4. Other duties as delegated by supervisor Skills/Qualifications: 1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Willingness to work in a dirty environment. 3. Some heavy lifting will be required. 4. Strong work ethic is required. Must be on time and reliable. 5. Training will be provided but must be good at following directions exactly. Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible) Overtime may be required Pay: $15.00 - 16.00/hr starting, plus a full benefits package including Yearly Bonus (~10% in recent years), Profit Sharing (15-25% in recent years), 401k Plan (3% match), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Long Term Disability Insurance.
