Get in the holiday spirit with this annual, fun flow! Join us on Sunday, December 5 at Rocket Frog Brewing in Sterling, VA to get your ugly sweater season flowing! We will move through an all-level (and all reindeer approved) vinyasa yoga class with a special soundtrack of the season and will follow up with drinks, of course (all elves and sugarplum fairies welcome; must be 21+ to drink). The $25 ticket price includes the class and your first pint of refreshing craft beer. BYO mat. Ugly holiday sweaters highly encouraged. This experience is held inside and --because we believe in wellness, safety, and science--is open to yogis with proof of COVID vaccinations. Space is limited. Yoga taught with love and laughs by Hillary, RYT, an eat.YOGA.drink. instructor, bringing traditional yoga experiences to nontraditional spaces. Erin Sonn, M.Ed., E-RYT, YACEP teaches traditional styles of yoga and mindfulness in nontraditional spaces to make the practice accessible and fun. EVERYbody is welcome!
