PESHV Annual Fundraiser is Back with Shilelagh Law!! Annual Fundraiser at Mahoney's Irish Pub featuring Shilelagh Law The annual society fundraiser will once again be featuring live music by Shilelagh Law. We will have 50/50 raffles for sale with the drawing that night. PESHV apparel, challenge coins and merchandise will be available for purchasing at the event. The Police Emerald Society of the Hudson Valley is a fraternal organization comprised of Police and Peace Officers as well as community members from throughout the Hudson Valley region. The majority of our membership comes from Dutchess, Orange, Ulster and Putnam counties, however; we also have members from several other counties in the region. Most of our members are of Irish descent but all of our members are of Irish spirit.
