We pay via 1099. We are hiring someone to come in and learn the basics in cleaning and sanding wood, and cabinetry. Will also learn to mask off cabinetry in order to shoot in the field. Once these skills are learned there are more opportunities. If you are good and learn well, you can double your pay in 18 months. Maybe less. Up to you. Need a pretty clean record. Active drivers license and regular transportation. Plus work in US legally. We also pay per job bonuses for 100% jobs (normally most of ours are) along with providing snacks in shop and lunch in the field.
