OC Habitats Beach Clean-Up at Lower Castaways Park in Newport Beach! Description Join OC Habitats for a beach clean-up at Lower Castaways Park in Newport Beach on Wednesday, November 3rd from 9 AM to 11 AM. We will be picking up trash and unwanted debris along Lower Newport Bay. Please bring your own gloves, bucket, and reusable water bottle. We will be providing a water station and snacks! Parking Free parking will be located in the parking lot of Lower Castaways Park. The major cross streets are PCH and Dover Dr. Meet in the parking lot. Additional Details *Per CDC guidelines, masks are no longer required however we will still try to maintain social distancing and we recommend bringing a mask just in case and depending on your comfort level. **All attendees must sign OCH's liability waiver 24 hours before arrival. You must be at least 10 years old to attend and participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The mission of OC Habitats (OCH) is to provide a public service for the many habitats of Orange County, California through conservation efforts, rehabilitation, restoration, education, outreach, volunteerism, monitoring, and partnering with other entities whose goal is to promote the preservation, conservation, and restoration of natural habitats and the species therein.
