Posted for Drummers, Brass, String and Keyboard players. Wanna play loud and at least 3hours a day, twice a week? Can you rent for/pay $150 a month? Then you are welcome to use my rehearsal room, no problem (pick between 1pm-6pm). Free Wifi, Air-conditioner and Heater, hot or cold food right on the corner, drummers should bring their cymbals and pedal (snare is optional, use mine if you want), I am only interested in a long term share, also room must be left clean, no bottles, food on the floor...etc. I'll be meeting in person to make sure that room will be shared with the right people.
