If you served our Country in the military, whether on active duty, as a reservist, or National Guard, this VA Home Loan Training is for you! I am a Native Texan, born and raised in SE Texas, and a retired US Marine. After completing my active service, I transitioned into mortgage lending, and was blown away by two things; first, how little veterans really know about their VA Home Loan Entitlements, and second, How many of us are not taking advantage of it! I run into it almost every day actually. I have made it my mission as a Veteran and Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to educate Veterans on their VA Home Loan entitlement, help them access and capitalize on their entitlement, and fight for them in the home buying process! I am happy to accept the invitation to speak from Matt McPayne, another Native Texas Veteran and hometown success story. After serving our country in the US Navy, he returned home and began his second career with the USPS. Now, he's doing even more for our home town through his business, McPayne Real Estate, LLC. It is an honor to have him on board and engaged in this fight for you! If you are serving now, or have ever served in the US Military this event is going to be worth your time! I doesn't matter if you were on active duty, a reservist, or in the National Guard; it doesn't matter if you were in during peacetime or a time of war, and it really doesn't matter what you believe your characterization of service was when you separated... this class will be important to attend. It will be held in the conference room at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Vidor, Texas on November 4th. I'll have coffee and donuts, and maybe even boudin kolaches!?!?
