Watch a master artist coach local chamber ensembles. UVMC welcomes Astrid Schween, cellist in the Julliard String Quartet and Hopkins Center guest artist, for a chamber music coaching session. Local chamber ensembles will perform for Ms. Schween, who will coach the groups on their interpretation. Audience members are welcome to observe this master teacher in action and to hear beautiful chamber music. Program TBA. This event is presented in collaboration with the Hopkins Center for the Arts, Dartmouth College. Astrid Schween will perform with the Julliard String Quartet Friday, November 5, in Spaulding Auditorium. COVID Procedures: All attendees will be required to take COVID precautions including masking, distancing, and providing proof of vaccination (for ages 12+).
