Description

“Leadership Skills for an Intergenerational Workforce: Managing a Cornucopia of Personalities, Maturity Levels, and Value Systems” “Leadership Skills for an Intergenerational Workforce: Managing a Cornucopia of Personalities, Maturity Levels, and Value Systems” is an interactive, experiential leadership learning event. We will work and learn together to proactively improve, advance, and apply effective leadership skills for today’s intergenerational workforce. We will focus on three key components: leadership maturity, developing followers in each generation and leveraging your strengths through Appreciative Inquiry. During the seminar, each person should expect to have personally illuminating experiences during the self-discovery exercises. These exercises are designed to locate where each leader is on their journey to leadership maturity and position them for growth. This personal growth will be coupled with new skills in understanding and connecting with older and younger generations and topped off with positive, real-world, intergenerational communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
