Abandoned cat needs a family

Found this cat weeks ago and have been feeding her, finally took her to vet yesterday and got her shots UTD as well as 3month flea medicine. She is spayed. I am searching for a forever home for her. Shes sweet as can be, but underweight and has had a rough past. Vet estimated 7-12months old. She is nervous with loud sounds but just wants to spend her day on your lap, kneading you and purring. Located on southside but i will bring her to you. I will be asking questions and require that i drop her off to you as shes already been abandoned by a family once i want to make sure it will never happen again. Shes a tortishell tabby (torbie) and gets along with other cats, small dogs (idk about big ones), and kids.
