• As the Logistics and Inventory lead, you are responsible for the daily operations, which will include coordinating transport providers and negotiations. Working closely with custom agencies. • Ensuring on-time shipping and receiving orders and the timely processing of reverse logistics operations to execution of freight forwarder and work with logistic regulations, restrictions, and permits. • You will also be providing proactive communication, leadership, relationship building, collaboration, managing details, meeting commitments and goals, sharing knowledge, and most importantly, tolerance of stress. You must explore, devote yourself to learning, and dive in and swim. • Your role requires that you be a combination of thinker, people person, project manager, communicator, and problem-solver, with an eye for detail and an ear for catching concerns and addressing them before they become issues. • 3-5 years of experience with freight forwarding, international logistic operations, (Air, Land, Sea Operations). • Speak English and Spanish • Must have reliable transportation w/valid TX Driver’s License. • We are a second chance employer.
