***Nov 1st through the end of the year is the Annual Enrollment window for Medical insurance*** I've helped too many people who do not currently have "major" medical coverage get coverage lately. There are often- very often- significant discounts and government subsidies to help you get quality coverage on a tight budget. You will find choices with various deductible amounts, and- based on income and any dependents, prices can sometimes be as low as $0 to $150 per month, even for a family.
