Job Title: Tag Inventory Reports to: Inventory Manager Department: Inventory Salary Range: DOE A career at Skagit Horticulture is challenging, rewarding, and satisfying. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for pulling and distributing labels based off weekly production schedules and conducting weekly cycle counts of tag inventory. This role carries a need for accuracy as an up-to-date inventory system is integral to our operations. The individual is required to work outside in inclement weather twelve months out of the year exposed to the four seasons of Washington weather. Position Summary: • Run tag reports ahead of production, pull & distribute tags to appropriate areas and/or sites • Weekly cycle counts of tag inventory at 99, MV, RB • Perform inventory adjustments in computer system • Run and distribute variance report weekly • Manage return to stock program • Ensure all materials are organized, clearly marked, and properly stored to avoid damage • Receiving and Inventory duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • Experience in inventory management and movement of raw materials • Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to initiate and execute problem-solving • Physical ability: standing, walking, bending, and lifting 50lbs as standard work • Prepared to perform in adverse weather conditions • Ability to work independently and as a team • Ability to read and write English • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends • Detail oriented and accuracy centered • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize heavy workflow • Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude • Valid driver’s license and own transportation to travel between local sites • Efficient in computer systems, including MS Office, typing, 10-key Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in horticulture industry • Bilingual in English and Spanish • ERP/MRP experience • Forklift certification • LEAN training, or experience in LEAN workplace Benefits Skagit offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and 8 paid holidays.
