Veterans Day Ceremony and Purple Heart University Designation. Fayetteville State University will host a Veterans Day Ceremony to honor those who have served. Join us as we pay tribute to our nation's veterans and honor their sacrifices. FSU will also receive an official designation from the Military Order of the Purple Heart as a Purple Heart University.
