RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN wanted for upscale Apartment Community - Las Vegas, NV Great opportunity to join a stable, growing and professional leader in Property Management and Real Estate Development! Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician. This full-time position will be located at Sahara West, our beautiful Lewis-owned community in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our best Maintenance Techs have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including: 1. Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry 2. Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair 3. HVAC Certification is a big plus 5. Making ready units for new occupancy 6. Maintaining units of current residents 7. Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities 8. A great customer service personality and work ethic NOTE: Position requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. If candidates prefer to live on-site, an on-site one-bedroom apartment may be available.
