Coming to a street near you. Join us Tuesday, September 28th for a run led by Ambassador Ron Cole, owner of Shred415 Alpharetta. We will be creating a space to sweat, HIIT, and get fit. This event will be held the last Tuesday of every month until the end of the year. Event time: 6pm - 7pm All levels are welcome with variations provided based on your skill level. What's happening? A 1 mile run from The Hotel at Avalon to Brooke Street Park, a quick 10-15 minute HIIT workout, and a 1 mile run back using the Alpha Loop. The run will end poolside with a live DJ, a complimentary beer for every participant, and exciting giveaways from Shred415 Alpharetta. No need to bring anything special for the event.
