Help with Setting up for Trade Show

I need help setting up for a trade show at the Tucson Expo Center, on Wed. Nov. 3rd, approx. 11:30am for 2-3 hours. Job will include helping unload my van, moving tubs, tables and other items to my booth area. Some help with setting up my booth. Then I would also need you to help break down after the show is over on Sat. Nov. 6th around 7:00pm for 2-3 hours, to help with packing stock into tubs, breaking down my booth, loading tubs, tables and other items back into my van. Some semi-heavy lifting involved. When emailing please include your cell number for texting further communication with more detailed instructions as to where to meet, etc. Must be reliable!!! NO FLAKES!! I really need your help.
