Position Title: Shipping/Receiving - 1st Shift Wage: $15/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30am-3pm Mon-Fri Do you enjoy having nights and weekends off? Room for growth and advancement? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Complete pick order to customer orders - Assist blowdown operations as necessary - Assist with staging of product prior to filling - Inspect product for code printed in accordance with guidelines - Ensure boxes are properly coded in accordance with established quality and customer requirements - Fill orders consistent with packing slips - Clean up and sanitation of equipment and work area - Familiarize self and adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions - Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed Requirements: - Forklift experience preferred - Basic math skills and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure - Good eye sight and good depth perception - Good manual dexterity and be able to perform daily activities with hands - Lift up 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs occasionally - Ability to apply common sense - Ability to follow verbal and written direction - Handle multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits: Full benefits by the company once hired QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with nearly 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
