Established residential General Construction company seeking an experienced Journeyman Framing Carpenter FOREMAN to join our team and lead structural projects in the field, bags-on. If you have an established crew you love we'd love to hire them as well! Qualifications are: Fluent English/Spanish bilingual a must, have minimum 10 years as a framer, have knowledge of residential construction codes for San Francisco and surrounding area, framing systems, methods, theories. -Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts without assistance - Must have experience in all aspects of framing and/or carpentry - Ability to take verbal and written direction effectively - Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must have a positive attitude and work well with others - Own journeymen-level tools required for all framing activities - OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred This is a full-time, long-term position 40 hrs. a week. - Typical work week: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm - Hourly rate starting at $38 - $44 per hr.
