Rivercliff Apartments is seeking a full time or part time housekeeper for our apartment community in Little Rock. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the facility and its surroundings by cleaning, disinfecting and performing routine procedures that ensures a clean, odor free, and safe environment for our residents, staff and guests. DUTIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1.Keep the leasing office & lounge area clean 2.Clean / touch up the lobbies on a daily basis. Clean make-readies. 3.Clean common areas of buildings on a daily basis 4.Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that property operates in an efficient and economic manner. 5.Represent the property professionally through dress and behavior. QUALIFICATIONS • Must have a high school diploma or GED • Must have a minimum of two years housekeeping or janitorial experience • Must have flexibility with schedule and be available to work days • Must have good organization skills, detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
