We are looking to hire multiple individuals to keep our carpets, VCT floors, windows, COVID-19 spraying, coverage on cleaning office and tile floor shining all across the Greater San Jose Area. The Special Services Team will be responsible for the maintenance of floors per schedules put out by our management teams at various locations. You will remove spots from carpets, perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning, window cleaning, strip and waxing of floors and tile cleaning. You will operate floor sweepers, buffers, strippers, canister vacuum cleaners and shop vacuums, and you will wear adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with chemicals and equipment. This Job is which is anywhere between 6-8 Hours per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday The job also will consist of various job duties with a team of others all over the Greater San Jose Area. Company will provide company vehicles to certain jobs and on the job training. We are looking for team dedicated individuals who want to work and are willing to learn Responsibilities: Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas and other areas. Moving furniture before and after cleaning. **Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping and waxing floors. Measuring chemicals correctly. Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently. Keeping inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties. Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor COVID - 19 Disinfecting * Requirements: Floor maintenance experience preferred for those who want top pay Experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Resilient to noise Physically agile Excellent communication skills Job Types: Part-time ( Friday Saturday and Sunday ) Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Call us today!
