Inclusive Community Resources, LLC is a supported living agency dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes. We are currently seeking responsible, self-directed and reliable individuals to assist with one of our female clients. Experience is preferred, but not required! An open mind and willingness to learn are essential. We are currently looking to hire 1-2 attendants to work with an outgoing, fun, & social consumer, who resides in Berkeley and is a CAL graduate. The consumer has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and spastic quadriplegia. She uses a power wheelchair to get around in the community. She is nonverbal, and communicates using an augmentative communication device. She requires assistance with all personal care, including showering, hygiene, feeding, and dressing. She needs assistance completing activities of daily living such as laundry, cleaning, organizing, running errands and getting to and from appointments. She may also sometimes have her attendant accompany her on trips. Currently hiring for the following shifts: • Friday Overnights 10pm-8am • Saturdays 8am-9pm • Sundays 8am-9pm Compensation: $16.32-$17.00/hr (DOE) for Full rate hours, $16.32/hr for Sleep rate hours (from midnight to 8am) - You are allowed to sleep during overnight shifts! Anyone hired during the month of October also qualifies for a $250 hiring bonus after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period. Qualifications: • You must be at least 18 years of age • You must be able to pass the Department of Justice fingerprint clearance • You must have a valid CA driver’s license and have access to a car • You must be able to complete a CPR/First Aid class within 3 months of hire and pass a TB test within two weeks of hire • Due to the nature of our client’s disabilities and varying health issues, we require all employees of our agency to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination within one month of hire
