Antique Termite Inc a South Bay Company in business for over 30 years has openings for a Licensed Branch III Termite Inspector, Licensed chemical applicator and construction crew persons. Compensation is based on experience, extensive experience is not a must. Training is available.
Crew person position will include dry-rot and termite damage repairs, and some construction remodeling. Basic construction knowledge is a must.
Licensed Termite Inspector and Licensed Chemical applicator (must have valid SPCB license) in good standing
Full time positions. Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 4:30. These are hourly positions and not based on commission.

Requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attic and subarea crawl spaces. Clean DMV report with valid drivers license and must pass drug panel. Clean, professional personal appearance.
