Time to Drum & Dance This year we present the 13th Annual Rafiki African Festival. This years festival will be a mix of in-person and digital interactions. Food will be provided by Isabelle Cuisine and Awash Ethiopain Cuisine. Due to the impact of Covid 19 this year we are asking that you donate, if you plan to join us in-person. You can also order food the day of and pick up . Whitney Lupton is a graduate of Millersville University. She hosts and organizes Parent Cafes in  Lancaster that cultivates parental relationships and therapeutic discussions around the joys and difficulties of parenthood in today's society. She is also pursuing her M.B.A with a concentration in Digital Marketing. Whitney currently works with clients to build their digital presence that engages and informs their audiences.
