Landscaper Needed to Service 12 Properties Bi-Monthly

Small property management company seeking landscaping company to service 12 rental properties across the Metro Atlanta Area (2 in West End; 1 in SW Atlanta; 5 in East Point; 2 in College Park; 1 in Stone Mountain; 1 in Lithonia). Lawns will need to be serviced every 2 weeks during the growing season and Fall. Pay is $30 per property or roughly $720 per month. Will pay extra when shrubs/bushes need to be trimmed or gutters need to be cleaned. We also manage several other single family properties which will require landscaping maintenance in between tenant move-outs. Rates are negotiable. Must have own landscaping equipment, insurance and no criminal history. Looking to hire asap.
