Press release from the Village of Menomonee Falls: October 25, 2021 Menomonee Falls has been recognized for its work to improve local health by receiving a Wisconsin Healthy Communities Designation. This program is intended to highlight and encourage achievements in health improvement in Wisconsin communities, and to promote cooperation across multiple sectors. The Village applied for and received a Silver Level Wisconsin Healthy Communities Designation on behalf of Menomonee Falls Collective Impact. Collective Impact is a partnership of local organizations and volunteers who coordinate resources to improve the well-being of Village residents.  Menomonee Falls is the only community in Waukesha County to receive a Wisconsin Healthy Communities Designation and is one of seven in southeast Wisconsin.
