We are looking for an on-site Account Manager for a Auto Parts Direct Ship Distribution Center in Fairburn, GA. You will oversee an unloading crew and will process 80-120 loads per day. This is a day shift position. Salary: $60K/Year You will directly report to the corporate office in Florida. Responsibilities and Expectations Job Description: The Account Manager is responsible for the maintenance of business relationships of the assigned client. Serving in a customer service/operation role, position ensures customer satisfaction, retention/training of new hires, meeting daily work goals, enforcing and overseeing all company charges making sure all revenue is captured, and ongoing development of all team members and operations processes. Primary duties include the following: 1. Understands the client goals and ensures high quality service and results. 2. Engages clients on a recurring basis to ensure satisfaction with service levels and results against client goals utilizing established guidelines. 3. Keep current with company’s unloading processes and tracking tools to ensure that all assignments, tasks and performance standards are being met. 4. Collaborate with department managers to maintain appropriate staffing levels according to enrollment population and performance metrics. 5. Prepare and deliver client management request and lead person meetings. 6. Coaches area Leads to ensure staff safety and productivity goals are being met. 7. Make recommendations for process improvement to enhance performance. 8. Provide Management with daily summaries of our unloading totals, present headcount and any safety concerns.
