Looking for a live-in housekeeper. Duties are for 5 days a week and include light cleaning, cooking (mainly dinner), laundry and small errands. Must be dependable and personable, have valid license and car, speak English, and no cat allergies (cats in house). Must be willing to submit for a background check.
Live-in accommodations consist of an attached ADU of about 700SF with private entry, 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette. Compensation will include rent and all utilities (water/sewer/garbage/electric/cable & internet).
Compensation is $700/month with ADU unit rent and all utilities included.
This job is for daytime hours so it is possible for applicant to have a part time job or evening shift job outside of the daily duties.
