Landscape company for fall clean up help

We are a landscape company looking for a few hardworking people that don’t mind getting out in the weather and working. We are looking to bring on a few addition people 2-3 days a week to help with our fall clean up work load. Days would most likely be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. We have nice equipment and all the necessary stuff to get the job done. Tasks would mostly include blowing leaves, raking, and picking up piles with garbage can. PLEASE have at least some experience or desire to work landscaping and be doing this kind of work. Should have work through December of relationship works out. No drugs please. Thank you.
