Production Planning/Scheduling : 85KAccountable for the creation of the production schedule reviewing current commitments, inventory constraints and resources to ensure we meet customer requirements. Schedule with engineering a review to validate and approve the BOM for the identification of parts, materials, and tooling needs.Review and approve production schedules with management for priorities and planning constraints.Generate production schedules based on forecasts, commitment dates, inventory and long lead items, logistics, and back orders.Monitor production progress and commitment dates and report to management when schedules are impacted.Facilitate the planning and implementing of engineering changes.Analyze delays and interruptions and escalate to management to adjust production schedules to meet deadlines.Create the production traveler or work instruction for each job.Assign job number at start of the build and maintain traceability of each part, and sub-assembly through final production.Continuously maintain a status report on location, species, and status of work in progress, in test units and finished goods.Metrics: Schedule adherence Executive Recruiter: WERE HIRING an Executive Recruiter Non-Remote in Albuquerque, NM.
