Cold Formed Metal Framing LLC is looking for motivated individuals or crews seeking to begin a career with us. We currently have a 2 year back log of work in the area, that is slated to start shortly. We are seeking individuals or a full crew that is looking for work from Olympia to Seattle area. Opportunity to travel outside the area if you want, as we have jobs all across the United States but not required, we have plenty of jobs here in Seattle / Tacoma area. Pay is $17-$27 DOE and 40-55 hours per week Mon-Fri. Bilingual crews and leads are urged to apply but not required, English OR Spanish speaking a must. We are currently filling the position of 4-6 employees. Requirements... · Have reliable transportation (Company truck will be given to lead) · Read blueprints and do daily reports · Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent onsite · Be punctual · Follow directions and work with other trades · Read a tape measure · Problem solve · Learn how to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment in a safe manner Some of the daily tasks... · Operating Drills · Operation Roto-hammer · Layout, notching and cutting of sheet metal components · Forklift driving · Loading/Unloading trucks · Operate Scissor and Aerial Lifts Compensation: Pay is Depending on Experience (DOE) You will accrue vacation days after 90 days of employment Compensation for 9 Federal holiday days Benefits and business profit sharing available after 90 days If you are interested in starting a career and joining our highly successful team, please respond by email or text with your resume or group resume.
