Touch-up and project closing assistant

Actively looking for a helper that has knowledge in interior remodeling and is able to perform touch-up works for projects that are given by a supervisor on a punch-list. Candidate has to own tools necessary for cutting wood/metal/plastic at needed angels, caulking gun and other miscellaneous tools to be able to finish the final small to-dos of the remodeling project. Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle is provided. Qualifications: - Knowledge of basic carpentry. - Minimum 2 years of experience in interior residential remodeling. - Ability to find the solution to small touch-up related to cabinetry, flooring, shower remodeling. - Knowledge of drywall patching/finishing. - Fluent English required. - Basic knowledge in electric and/or plumbing is a big plus. MON-FRI starting at $20/hr and more, based on experience.
