HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A man is missing in Havre de Grace, police reported Tuesday. Edmund Lawson Pankey Jr., 48, was last seen near the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue, officials said. Pankey is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 237 pounds. He is known to frequent Otsego and North Stokes streets and was last wearing a blue button-down shirt with blue jeans, accoridng to authorities.
