Looking for landscaping sub contractors

I have the greatest salesman in the world on my team and we just can't find Reliable contractors to complete jobs. Everybody's got excuses. Yard work, handyman and more. We pay out 65% and our guys right now make between $125 and $175 per day. If you do not have your own equipment to subcontract these jobs out we will let you use ours and we will still pay you 50% of the jobs completed. I'm just a local company looking for the right guys.
