This is a key position in our rapidly growing company. This position will be placed into our Arborist Development Program (or ADP). This program is fast paced and provides excellent training and salary advancement at each level. From safety training (including First Aid/CPR training and certification), to learning knots and rigging techniques, to climbing trees using DdRt and SRT, as well as, proficiency in using climbing spikes, to operating aerial lifts, to proper pruning techniques, and also becoming an ISA Certified Arborist. We make sure all employees have a thorough knowledge of all duties on a job site and are well-rounded arborists, with a focus on safety at the core of all training.
