QUALIFICATIONS Graduation from high school or comparable demonstration of basic competence and three (3) years of experience performing custodial or janitorial service and building/equipment maintenance duties is required. Additional specialized training of experience in carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping or painting preferred. Must maintain a current California Driver’s License. JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, will coordinate, supervise, and participate in the basic construction, repair, and maintenance of district facilities, systems, equipment, and grounds; review and evaluate the district maintenance operational functions, and activities, determining priorities of work orders in the areas of custodial, maintenance, and grounds as they relate to the health and welfare of the students and staff; and to do other related work as required.
