Rehoming small breed puppy

Found small breed puppy mix on side of road. No chip and no tag/collar. Very sweet girl. She is not spayed and will need her puppy shots. We would love to keep her but we are not in a position to take on a puppy at this time. She comes with a bag of puppy food, bed, collar, leash, and toys. All brand new. She is 8-12 weeks old and weighs 5lbs. We think she is some type of chihuahua/terrier/wiener dog mix. She is very social and loves meeting new people. She also does well with other dogs. Unsure of how she is with cats. We have 3 medium/large dogs at home that she plays with. So far she has been very good about going potty outside and seem easily trainable. We call her Sparta. We think she would be happiest in a home with another companion animal.
