MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police have arrested Nicholas Dupras, 42, and Kathleen Keaney, 32, after issuing warrants against them in connection to a stabbing investigation. Manchester fire, police, and AMR responded to a homeless camp on March Avenue near Home Depot on Oct. 12, for a reported stabbing. Responders arrived to find a 19-year-old man suffering a stab wound to his abdomen. Officers provided medical care until fire and EMS arrived. A homeless outreach team arrived moments after the incident occurred and were able to assist the victim and provide information to investigators. Police said, through their investigation, they learned two men got into an argument. The argument turned physical and the teen was stabbed. MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel said that the injuries were not life-threatening. Hamel said, "It did not appear to be a random incident." Investigators issued a warrant for Nicholas Dupras, 42, for first-degree assault with a deadly weapon. Keaney was accused of being with Dupras at the time of the assault. She was charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another, simple assault, and falsifying evidence as a result of the investigation. Dupras and Keaney were arrested by Manchester police on Monday at the Mall of New Hampshire. They will appear in court at a future date. ©Jeffrey Hastings www.frameofmindphoto.com/news
