Join Lafayette College’s Recreation Services department by monitoring the pool and deck safely. Weekday and evenings plus weekend shifts are available starting in November. A valid American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certificate and COVID vaccination are required. Prior lifeguarding experience is preferred. Hourly wage is based on experience, and ranges from $10.00 to $12.00 per hour with occasional opportunities to each $15 per hour for special event coverage.
