UPDATE: The area has now reopened. CLEVELAND — A water main break has closed traffic lanes on I-90 east in Cleveland. The water main break has closed three lanes of traffic on I-90 east, near E. 55th Street. South Marginal is also closed in that area, Cleveland police said.
