Here are the top stories today in Cleveland: The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating a hit-skip of a pedestrian. It happened around 2 a.m. Tuesday at E. 78th St. and St. Clair Ave. The victim was taken to the hospital. (WJW FOX 8 News Cleveland) A water main break temporaily closed traffic lanes on I-90 east in Cleveland on Wednesday. The water main break closed three lanes of traffic on I-90 east, near E. 55th Street. South Marginal was also closed in that area.
